Phoenix Rising is a community initiative working to get life saving service dogs into the hands and homes of people with PTSD and other mental health disabilities.

We operate as a fiscally sponsored project of the Marlborough Regional Community Foundation, Inc, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
